-   Verify payment document accuracy and completeness

-   Filing Tax invoice fro verification, copy invoice and purchasing doc. For dept mgr payment approval

-   Prepare information and document for local payment process

-   Response for transaction record in system of local AP and bank account

-   Prepare and verify accuracy of Local AP report (ATRS)

-   Prepare ‘AP_Over’ report for verify document before payment date for cheque preparation printed-out

-   Booking Local AP account

-   Check SSR document

-   Prepare cheque AP Local, Expense Admin, Genaral and Other (APEX)

2.Account closing A/P Local :

-   Closing local AP accounts

-   Closing Stock Miscellaneous (48MSC) accounts

-   Check and verify accuracy of Local AP and prepare Local AP report

-   Collect original Purchase Tax invoice to verify purchase tax and prepare VAT Purchase report to support PP30 RD document

3.Tax report

-   Withholding Tax

-   VAT Purchase

-   Verify Purchase Tax invoice of APEX and Local AP in SUN and prepare PP30 for VAT payment to RD within 15th 4. Monthly report
