Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1–3 years of experience in accounting, Tally, GST filing and financial record management. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance and day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions using Tally.
• Handle GST preparation, reconciliation and filing.
• Manage sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payments and expense records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial statements.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor payments.
• Maintain GST records and ensure timely submission of required returns.
• Assist in TDS calculations, deductions and filing, where applicable.
• Support monthly closing, financial reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and support statutory compliance requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Practical knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.
• Hands-on experience in GST filing and GST reconciliation.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and time management.
• Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.
