Accountant

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.

* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Process invoices, payments, and expenses.

* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

* Assist with VAT returns, tax documentation, and year-end accounts.

* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

* Liaise with management, clients, and external accountants when required.

Requirements

* Degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Previous accounting experience preferred.

* Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks.

* Good Microsoft Excel and numerical skills.

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
