Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure the accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Register and monitor accounting data on the myDATA platform.
• Record and review invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of all finance-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in an organized accounting department.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, Greek tax legislation, and myDATA procedures.
• Experience with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English, including accounting and financial terminology.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• A proactive and responsible approach, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
