Seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join our company, who will be responsible for various accounting and financial functions, key ones are mentioned below. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Tally, Google Sheets /Excel and will contribute to the overall efficiency of the financial operations of the company.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP.

• Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel.

• Clear understanding of maths (Ratios, Percentage etc)

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS etc

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions

• Maintain accurate financial records in Tally and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Prepare data for GST, & TDS working on monthly basis.

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

• Day to day petty cash and banking transactions

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Ensure timely bank payments

• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

• Prepare reports on the company s financial health and liquidity

• Prepares, verifies and records, customer payments and transactions

• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.

• Support the internal audit team other external auditors

• Assist with other accounting projects, budget preparations and reviews

• Inventory management functions.

• Petty cash management.

• Maintain a register for outward and inward invoices

• Work with an external CA firm, to prepare and submit GST, TDS, PF & ESI filings to regulatory agencies in a time bound manner.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Assist in external audits. And conduct internal audits and reviews when needed
