Accountant

【Working Hours】9:00-18:00, eight-hour workday, 5 working days per week

【Job Responsibilities】

• Responsible for full-set bookkeeping for the company: complete revenue, cost, warehousing and logistics, service fees, and accounts receivable/payable accounting in accordance with Philippine BIR tax laws and local accounting standards; comprehensively organize and archive vouchers, ledgers, and invoices;
• Complete tax filings for all tax types on schedule: monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR filings for VAT, withholding tax (WHT), income tax, stamp tax, etc., pay taxes on time, and handle the full process of return verification and online/offline filing;
• Liaise with the local Revenue District Office (RDO), handle tax correspondence, tax audits, tax dispute appeals, and penalty reduction negotiations, prepare the full set of audit materials, and cooperate with annual external audits;
• Manage local bank accounts, bank transaction reconciliations, and organize foreign exchange receipt and payment documentation, ensuring clear and traceable ledgers.

【Job Requirements】

• College degree or above, majoring in accounting, taxation, finance, or related fields;
• 3 years or more of hands-on experience in full-set bookkeeping and tax filing for local Philippine enterprises, familiar with the full BIR filing process and SEC annual corporate registration;
• Proficient in Excel and local accounting software, capable of independently setting up ledgers and data reports;
• Good English skills, meticulous and rigorous in work.
