Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant for our jewellery shop. The candidate will manage daily accounts, billing, GST work, inventory accounting, cash handling, and financial records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime / ERP
• Handle sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries
• Manage jewellery stock and inventory records
• Prepare GST invoices and assist in GST filing
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
• Handle billing, receipts, and payment follow-ups
• Prepare daily/monthly financial reports
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices and vouchers
• Ensure accuracy in gold, diamond, and jewellery stock accounting

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP
• MS Excel knowledge
• Good accounting and bookkeeping skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in jewellery showroom accounting is an advantage

Salary

(depending on experience)

Working Hours
Weekly off as per company policy

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in jewellery or retail industry
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
