What they need
Position: Accountant
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, reconciliations, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and company policies.
- Support audits with schedules, clarifications, and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR and management for payroll, budgeting, and financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and familiarity with other accounting software.
- Attention to detail, organisational ability, and integrity.This version highlights Tally as a must-have skill, which will filter candidates effectively on Indeed.
