Accountant – Trading Company (Full Accounts)

About the Role

X PERT INDUSTRIAL MATERIALS TRADING LLC is looking for an experienced Accountant who can independently manage the company’s complete accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in UAE trading or distribution companies and be capable of maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring inventory and receivables, preparing management reports and supporting tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle daily accounting entries, sales, purchases, receipts and payments.

* Maintain accounts payable and receivable and reconcile customer and supplier balances.

* Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation and gross-profit calculations.

* Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash-flow reports.

* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company expenses.

* Maintain UAE VAT records and coordinate VAT return preparation and filing.

* Maintain records for UAE Corporate Tax compliance.

* Monitor overdue customer payments and prepare ageing reports.

* Handle payroll accounting and petty cash records.

* Complete monthly and year-end closing and coordinate with external auditors.

* Provide accurate financial reports directly to management.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.

* Preferably 3–5 years of accounting experience, including practical UAE experience.

* Experience in trading, distribution or inventory-based businesses is strongly preferred.

* Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.

* Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

* Ability to manage complete accounts independently.

Salary

AED 3,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
