Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $58,000 – $68,000 / year (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to oversee daily financial operations and maintain accurate company records across our business entities. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting professional (CPA not required) who excels at day-to-day bookkeeping, vendor management, reconciliations, and routine financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple accounts.
Maintain the general ledger and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
Track expenses, intercompany transactions, and vendor invoices.
Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
Maintain organized digital financial records and assist external CPAs with tax prep.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (equivalent practical experience considered).
• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping or general accounting experience.
• Software: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and Microsoft Excel. Digits experience preferred.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple accounts independently.
