Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 3–4 years of experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, practical experience with Xero accounting software, and a good understanding of UAE VAT regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supplier/customer reconciliations.
• Maintain petty cash records and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, monthly reports, and expense summaries.
• Manage VAT documentation and assist with VAT return preparation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor outstanding payments and maintain cash flow records.
• Assist with payroll accounting and WPS-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and applicable UAE regulations.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of accounting experience in Dubai, UAE.
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and UAE VAT regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Salary

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
