Raasa Ayurveda is a growing Ayurvedic company dedicated to bringing authentic, time-tested herbal wellness products to people across India. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Accountant to join our team and keep our financial operations accurate, compliant, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns) on time, and handle GST reconciliation
• Calculate, deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns, and issue Form 16/16A
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers
• Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation, and costing for raw materials and finished goods
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, trial balance, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets
• Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation
• Support statutory audits and coordinate with the CA and auditors
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax and accounting regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or M.Com); additional qualification such as CA Inter or ICWA Inter is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting
• Strong working knowledge of Tally (Tally Prime/ERP 9)
• Thorough understanding of GST and TDS provisions, filing, and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Strong attention to detail, with good analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in manufacturing, pharma, FMCG, or Ayurvedic/herbal products industry
• Familiarity with inventory and batch-wise stock accounting
