Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in the real estate and adventure park industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience and be proficient in financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Accountant will also work closely with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review budget forecasts, financial reports, and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for decision-making.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software, including Tally.
• Well versed with GST (Goods and Services Tax) and Income Tax regulations and procedures. Prepare GST Returns, other income tax reports and assist with year-end audits and tax filings.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Provide financial support and guidance to management and team members.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for financial analysis and data management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficient in accounting principles and financial management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Knowledge of accounting software, specifically Tally. Well versed with GST and Income Tax regulations and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of real estate and adventure park industry is a plus.
