Accountant

Human Capital is looking for a Mid-Level Accountant for a well-established wholesale trading company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Accountant with day-to-day accounting processes;
• Review, process, and enter data from primary accounting documents into the accounting system;
• Prepare and manage invoices, contracts, and other financial documents;
• Process and monitor banking transactions;
• Maintain and control accounts receivable and accounts payable;
• Ensure accurate document flow and proper archiving of financial documentation;
• Participate in the preparation of daily and monthly financial reports;
• Cooperate with partner companies when required;
• Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience;
• Good knowledge of ArmSoft Accounting;
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills;
• High level of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail;
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a multifunctional environment;
• Team-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly;
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professional ethics.

Working Schedule

🕐 Monday–Friday: 07:00 AM–1:00 PM

🕐 Sunday: 07:00 AM–3:00 PM
