Job Description

Kalpanika.ART is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial records, and reporting. Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare invoices, bills, payment records, and expense statements.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and periodic accounting reports.
• Manage purchase, sales, and cash-flow records.
• Assist with GST documentation, tax-related records, and compliance requirements.
• Use accounting software and Excel to maintain and analyse financial data.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial information.

Qualifications

• B. Com or a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Good understanding of journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and tax documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
