Accountant

ACCOUNTANT:

• Maintaining records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.

• Preparing estimates.

• Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments (Accounts Receivables -AR).

• Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email.

• Making payments through various modes like Online transfer, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them.

• Bank reconciliation.

• Handling and filing VAT - Key Responsibility.

• Preparing profit and loss statements.

• Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.

• Handling petty cash.

• Ensuring compliance with accounting and TAX authority.

• Payroll management

• Experience in Tally and Zoho is a must.

• 3 to 5 years of UAE experience of accounting in Engineering Service companies.
