Accountant

Boland Events is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This role is responsible for managing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions in alignment with Head Office requirements and reporting standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, demonstrated experience in financial administration, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the confidence and professionalism to effectively manage debt collection processes. Strong organizational and administrative abilities, attention to detail, and a firm yet diplomatic approach to financial follow-ups are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capturing and reconciling of Bank Statements
• Debtor Invoicing and Statements
• Debtor Collections - mail, phone whatsapp
• Monthly Journals
• Creditor Processing and monthly preparation of payments
• Fortnightly and monthly salary summaries for Head Office
• Full Accounting function to Final Trial Balance
• Event quatations and costings
• Filing

Pay: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
