Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate should have relevant accounting experience and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and account reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Assist in monthly closing and year-end closing activities.
• Handle invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities when necessary.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and other finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiar with full-set accounts and general accounting procedures.
• Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
