Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally, GST, and TDS. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting transactions, supporting statutory compliance, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
• Handle GST calculations, reconciliations, and filing-related activities.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor regular banking transactions.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure proper maintenance and filing of accounting records.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams when required.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Mandatory hands-on knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
• Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
