Accountant

KJK Hospital is inviting applications from experienced Accountants to join our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hospital accounting, IP billing, insurance processing, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
* Handle inpatient (IP) billing and coordinate insurance-related billing processes.
* Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
* Prepare invoices, payment records, and financial reports.
* Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
* Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure accurate billing and financial documentation.
* Support monthly financial closing and reporting activities.

Qualifications & Experience

* B.Com / M.Com preferred.
* 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in a hospital.
* Knowledge of hospital IP billing and insurance processes is mandatory.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
* Good communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.
