Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

A senior Accountant supports the finance and accounting department by maintaining financial records, preparing reports, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial data. This role is ideal for entry-level professionals looking to build a career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities

● Daily accounting entries and journal vouchers

● Purchase and sales invoices

● Customer and supplier accounts

● Accounts payable and accounts receivable

● Project-wise income, expenses and profit calculation

● Preparing quotations, expense reports and financial statements

Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.

Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and journals.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

Assist with internal and external audits.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

☆ Tally Prime ☆MS Excel ☆ Zoho Books ☆QuickBooks ☆SAP FICO

●GST, TDS and tax compliance ●Salary preparation and payroll Cash, bank and petty cash management

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–5years of accounting experience

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar).

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
