Accountant (Construction)

Job Details:

• Location: Sixth Avenue (Bukit Timah)
• Salary: Up to $6000
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entity's financial and statutory accounting.
• Do monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
• Prepare WIP and provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimization.
• Prepare key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.
• Involve in the preparation of group budgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with auditors for filing on time.
• Oversee tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent field.
• Familiar with SAP / MYOB accounting module.
• Familiar with Construction industry of accounting.
