Job Overview

We are looking for an Accountant with 2–4 years of experience in a construction company. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, project/site-related accounts, vendor transactions, billing and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Maintain project/site-wise accounts and expense records.
• Handle purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries.
• Verify contractor, subcontractor and vendor bills.
• Manage Tally/ERP, ledgers and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers and payment documents.
• Handle GST, TDS and statutory accounting.
• Coordinate with site and project teams for bill verification and documentation.
• Prepare monthly MIS and accounts reports.
• Maintain proper records of financial transactions and supporting documents.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a construction company.
• Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
• Experience in project/site accounting will be preferred.
• Good numerical, analytical and documentation skills.
