ACCOUNTANT (CPA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and accounting schedules.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate recording and documentation of financial transactions.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with BIR and other government regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and financial concerns.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations.
• Support internal and external audits and provide required financial documents.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field.
• With relevant accounting experience; experience in logistics or a related industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and BIR regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential financial information.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
