Job Summary

White House Automotive PH is looking for a General Accountant to support the company's day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

The ideal candidate is an Accountancy graduate with 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and financial documentation.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, schedules, and supporting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions and account balances.
• Assist in bank and other account reconciliations.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Monitor and maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
• Assist in the preparation of tax and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and financial documentation.
• Perform other accounting-related duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other standard office applications.
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.

Preferred:

• Experience in a small to medium-sized business environment.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Experience handling multiple accounting functions or general accounting tasks.
