Accountant Executive

Working Hours: 9:30 am-6:30 pm (MON-FRI)

Requirements:

✔️ Organized & responsible

✔️ Able to handle client comms & follow-ups

✔️ ️Experienced in the ID/renovation field (bonus!)

✔️ Coordinate with internal team & suppliers

✔️ Follow up on timelines and progress

✔️ Support in day-to-day admin tasks

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry using SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll Software.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Perform accounting and general administrative duties such as ensuring receipts, payments, and invoicing are correctly updated in the accounting system.
• Provide accounting assistance to external auditors on the annual audit.
• Ensure the utility bills -electricity, water, parking, petrol card, telephone, and internet are paid on time.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all staff information is up to date.
• Ensure proper filing of accounting documents.
• Assist with annual audit exercises for the company.
• Any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related department.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude, be resourceful, and be a dynamic team player.
• Familiar with SQL accounting software.
