Accountant Executive

We are looking for a strong and hands-on Accountant who can independently manage the company’s complete accounting function. The ideal candidate should not only record transactions but also understand the business behind the numbers, identify financial issues, and provide accurate reports and insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle independently.
• Handle monthly and year-end closing.
• Prepare accurate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Management Reports.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Review job costing and job profitability, including revenue, costs and margins.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to verify job-related costs and revenues.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances, supplier payments and credit terms.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash-flow plans.
• Analyze financial performance and identify unusual costs, low margins, discrepancies or potential financial risks.
• Provide management with clear and accurate financial insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and applicable accounting requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and support audits when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• UAE accounting experience is preferred.
• Logistics/Freight experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work independently and take full ownership of the accounting function.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
