Accountant Executive

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and well-organized Accountant Executive to join our IT Solutions and Data Center Colocation business. This role is responsible for managing financial operations, preparing accounting reports, handling billing for IT/HPC projects, and ensuring accurate financial records for services such as HPC infrastructure, AI solutions, enterprise IT, and data center colocation services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, general ledger entries, and month-end closing reports
• Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, including AR/AP, bank accounts, and project billing
• Assist in producing P&L statements and management reports for IT and data center business units
• Maintain financial documentation in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Generate purchase orders, invoices, and billing schedules
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients to resolve billing queries
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure accurate pricing, contract terms, and billing adjustments
• Track project-related expenses, vendor invoices, and material costs
• Monitor project profitability and maintain cost breakdowns for hardware procurement, installation, and colocation services
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for IT and data center operations

About you

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, Xero, SAP, or similar).
• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Familiarity with IT products, servers, cloud billing, or data center services is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in IT/technology or data center industries is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Good communication skills to liaise with vendors, customers, sales teams, and management.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
