Accountant Executive

Job Title: Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accountant to join our Maintenance & General Contracting company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a maintenance or general contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of VAT compliance, including VAT filing and record keeping.
• Experience managing workers' payroll, including salary processing, overtime, leave, and WPS.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts.
• Must have their own valid visa (freelance, spouse, or family sponsorship).
• VISIT VISA HOLDER WILL BE REJECTED AUTOMATICALLY
• MUST BE IN ABU DHABI

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Process monthly payroll for workers and staff.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with financial reporting and audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Employment Type: Contract

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
