Reporting To: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, including sales, purchases, expenses, and ledger entries.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and vendor payments.
• Maintain inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and raw material/finished goods records.
• Handle manufacturing cost accounting and expense monitoring.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and Profit & Loss statements.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage audit documentation.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and timely financial closing.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices.
• Experience in inventory management and cost accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
