พนักงานบัญชี (Accountant) Flow account

About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Accountant to join the finance team. This is a full-time position based in Bangkok, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of accounting and financial tasks using the Flow account/express software. As a key member of our dynamic finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and supporting the overall financial management of the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and process accounting entries, invoices, and other financial documents
2. Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records
3. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses
4. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support
5. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures
7. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Accounting or a related field with english speaking ability and service mind.
2. Preferred minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role / newly graduated also accepted.
3. Strong proficiency in using accounting software, particularly Flow account/express
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
5. Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
