Accountant (Full Set)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and experienced Accountant (Full Set) to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance and supporting Management with timely financial information for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Financial Statements.
• Prepare management accounts and financial reports for Management review.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare payment schedules.
• Process supplier payments, staff claims and other company-related payments.
• Manage online banking transactions, GIRO applications and finance-related banking matters.
• Prepare and submit GST returns.
• Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions and other statutory payments, including SDL and Foreign Worker Levy.
• Prepare tax schedules, audit schedules and ensure timely statutory submissions.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, IRAS, CPF Board and other relevant authorities on finance-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Full Set Accounting experience.
• Able to handle the full spectrum of accounting functions independently.
• Experience in GST, payroll and CPF submission.
• Familiar with financial reporting, management accounts and audit preparation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese to support daily business communications.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy, organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
