Accountant ( GATI SOFTWARE)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions in Gati Software.
• Prepare and record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
• Maintain customer, supplier, and party ledgers.
• Handle jewellery/diamond stock-related entries, including weight, quantity, carat, and value wherever applicable.
• Record and verify purchase and sales invoices.
• Manage cash and bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliation.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up for outstanding payments.
• Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper records of diamond/jewellery purchases, sales, stock movements, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, and Management teams for accounting-related matters.
• Prepare outstanding, ledger, sales, purchase, and other periodic reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
