Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably within the general contracting or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and account statements.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Assist with VAT-related documentation and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients regarding financial matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE within the same field, preferably general contracting or construction.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
