We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and verify invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Handle GST-related work, including data preparation, reconciliation, and return coordination.
• Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, and return-related activities.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related matters.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
