Accounting & Finance – Key Responsibilities

Tally Expert: Stock maintenance in Tally and BOM creation. Should be highly proficient in Tally.

GST Knowledge: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B Reconciliation.

TDS & Statutory Compliance: Form 26Q, 24Q, 16/16A and TDS Reconciliation.

Banking: Bank Reconciliation, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, Bulk NEFT/Payments, Cheque Management, Vendor Payments, Customer Receipts and Cash Flow Management.

Inventory & Production Accounting: Raw Material, Finished Goods, Inventory, Stock, Material Consumption, Production Accounting, Job Work, Scrap, Purchase & Sales Accounting.

AP/AR Management: Vendor & Customer Reconciliation, Ageing Analysis, Outstanding Follow-up, Debit/Credit Notes, Purchase/Sales Invoices and Payment Cycle Management.

Payroll: Salary Processing, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave & Attendance Inputs and Statutory Deductions.
