Accountant Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Intern to join our finance and accounts team. This is a great opportunity for a fresher to gain practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Assist in maintaining and updating accounting records.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Support the team in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding bills, payments, and account-related queries.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel preferred.
• Understanding of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
