Accountant Intern

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Record and maintain sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payment transactions
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
• Support preparation of monthly accounting reports
• Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups and payment records
• Enter and manage financial data using Excel and accounting software
• Assist with reviewing transactions and identifying discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation of accounting and financial records
• Work with accounting platforms such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Assist with Excel tables, Pivot Tables, and data analysis
• Perform other accounting and bookkeeping tasks assigned by the accounting team

Desired Candidate Profile

This is an unpaid 6-month internship program designed to provide practical accounting experience and international exposure with a UAE-based company.

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates
• Candidates with basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
• Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, or data analytics is an advantage.
• No salary or monetary compensation will be provided during the internship period.
• Interns will gain practical experience through remote accounting and finance-related work.
• An Experience Certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the 6-month internship.
• Based on performance, skills, and business requirements during the internship, suitable candidates may be considered for a full-time employment opportunity with the company.
• Full-time employment, if offered, will be subject to a separate employment offer and applicable terms and conditions.
