Accountant (Junior Level)

Key responsibilities :

• Review payment report and supporting document

• Liaising with departments regarding expense claim

• Data entry and checking the data recording in accounting system

• Data reconcile to make sure of the transaction correctness

• Involved in month-ended closing

• Conduct reconcile general account with detail support to ensure the  correctness of data recordin e.g. bank reconciliation

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial report

• Provide detail data to support the supervisor in report preparation

• Document filing To handle and prepare other assigned job to complete company project

Qualifications :

• Bachelor ‘s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Basic English communication skills (reading and writing)
