What they need
Key responsibilities
- Process local and foreign freight billings
- Prepare payment vouchers and journal vouchers
- Handle account setup and activation
- Prepare audit and monthly schedules
- Coordinate with departments and suppliers for billing and payment concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
- Knowledge of Oracle Applications is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly accountable and deadline-oriented
