Job Description :

• Record and post daily journal entries, including general ledger transactions, banking activities, and expense allocations.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all accounting records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor receivables and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain ongoing communication with vendors and service providers to resolve issues promptly.
• Perform all month-end closing activities, including posting of accruals, prepayments, and necessary adjusting entries.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of key financial accounts.
• Ensure compliance with month-end closing timelines and reporting requirements.
• Ensure timely settlement and proper documentation of intercompany balances.
• Maintain a systematic filing of all financial documents including invoices, contracts, receipts, and tax records.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing and providing required documents and reports.
• Contribute to the preparation of periodic financial reports and management accounts.
• Handle additional accounting, finance, and compliance-related tasks as assigned.
