We're Hiring: Accountant / Office Supervisor

Location: Sydney

Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Join a dynamic team supporting local and international IT deployments. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant / Office Supervisor to take ownership of financial operations, HR support, and office administration.

You will have a full-time admin assistant reporting to you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting
• Oversee purchase orders and accounts receivable/payable
• Manage HR functions including leave accrual and payroll
• Ensure top-tier customer service and stakeholder communication

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in accounting/bookkeeping and office administration

• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office

• HR experience preferred

• A degree in accounting

• Knowledge of RDO’s and retentions

• IT / Construction industry experience is a plus

• Full working rights in Australia required
