The Opportunity

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in supporting the organisation's financial operations, reporting and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly management reports and financial analysis
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting
• Financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end activities
• BAS, FBT and taxation compliance support
• Audit preparation and external auditor liaison
• Supporting cashflow, debtor and working capital reporting
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
• Assisting with process improvement and finance projects
• Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing finance function

About You

To be successful, you'll ideally bring:

• CA or CPA qualification (or nearing completion)
• 3-5 years' accounting experience
• Professional services, business services or financial accounting background
• Strong financial reporting and compliance capability
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting or management reporting
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• A genuine desire to learn, develop and grow your career
