We're looking for a finance professional with experience in Malaysian property development accounting who enjoys understanding the complete accounting cycle and takes pride in producing accurate, meaningful financial information.

This role offers exposure across financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax and audit, making it ideal for those seeking broader accounting ownership rather than a highly specialised or transactional position.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Support budgeting and forecasting exercises
• Monitor cash flow and treasury activities
• Manage tax computation and statutory compliance matters
• Coordinate annual audit activities
• Support internal reporting and finance-related initiatives
• Contribute to process improvement and strengthening finance operations

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 3-5 years' relevant experience within a Malaysian property development company
• Experience preparing management accounts and a full set of accounts
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and end-to-end accounting processes
• Ability to analyse financial transactions and their impact on the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement
• Familiarity with accounting treatment relevant to the property development industry
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and sense of ownership
• Professional qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, MIA) completed or in progress is an added advantage
