Accountant Role

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, debit/credit notes, and other accounting documents.
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Record and verify purchase and sales transactions.
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts and follow up for outstanding payments.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding accounts-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
• Assist seniors in budgeting, MIS reports, and other finance-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
