Job Title: SAP PS/WBS Accounting Consultant

Location: Geneva, Switzerland

Contract Length: 4–6 months

Job Description:

Our client in Geneva is seeking an experienced SAP PS/WBS Accounting Consultant for a 4–6 month contract assignment . This role requires a strong accounting background combined with hands-on experience implementing SAP Project Systems (PS) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) modules .

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting finance transformation projects, gathering business requirements, and delivering SAP PS/WBS solutions that align with accounting and financial reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the implementation of SAP PS and WBS modules
• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
• Ensure SAP configuration aligns with accounting principles and reporting needs
• Support project accounting processes, cost tracking, budgeting, and financial controls
• Assist with testing, user training, and system documentation
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve system/process issues
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong accounting background with solid understanding of finance processes
• Proven experience implementing SAP PS and/or WBS modules
• Experience working on SAP finance-related transformation or integration projects
• Strong understanding of project accounting, cost allocation, budgeting, and reporting
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English required; French is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification is an advantage
• Prior experience working in international environments
• Experience within complex corporate or multinational settings
