We are not your typical BPO. Our office is collaborative, energetic and focused on delivering accurate, high-quality work. Because we value teamwork and connection, this is an office-based position.

💫 The Opportunity

We are looking for a Qualified Senior Accountant who is ready to bring precision, energy and a touch of personality to our high-performing finance team.

While a CPA licence is a great bonus, what we truly value is your experience with Australian accounts and your ability to navigate the numbers with confidence. You'll play a vital role across our AU and PH entities — ensuring the numbers always add up while bringing thoughtful insights to drive smarter decisions. 🔥 What You'll Do

• Handle end-to-end bank reconciliations and keep ledgers spotless.
• Manage supplier invoices, payments and expenses across AU and PH entities.
• Support payroll functions and ensure accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
• Partner closely with our AU Finance team on month-end and year-end closes.
• Prepare detailed P&L and balance sheet reports that leaders actually read.
• Assist with audits, compliance and statutory reporting.
• Uphold internal controls and continuously improve our financial processes.
• Mentor and support junior members of the finance team.
• Be the reliable, steady presence the whole team counts on.

✨ What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or a related field).
• 4+ years' accounting experience, ideally with Australian exposure.
• An understanding of AU tax laws, including BAS, PAYG and GST compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail, focus and integrity.
• Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• A keen sense of teamwork, with a helping hand and a smile to match.
• Note: PH CPA or progress toward AU CPA is a plus, but not a requirement for the right candidate.

• Have worked with multi-entity or shared service setups.
• Have experience in both PH and AU payroll.
