About The Job The Accountant will be responsible for Louis Vuitton Singapore’s accounting work related to general accounting, treasury, cash flow & balance sheet management, management reporting, Quarterly GST and Corporate Tax Preparation.

Job responsibilities

• General accounting including General Ledger up to Trial balance (include passing Journal Voucher)
• Preparation of Treasury package reporting and Cash Flow management
• Monthly preparation of Management report / Inventory report / Notes to the Accounts
• Quarterly preparation for Cash Flow statement / Balance Sheet
• Quarterly GST preparation
• Oversee Account Receivable / Account Payable scope of work
• Ad-hoc Management reports, government reports etc.
• Liaise with auditor and prepare audit schedules
• Furnish information and liaise with Tax Agent for corporate tax preparation
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
• Reconciliation for inter-companies’ balances and obtain inter-companies’ confirmation during month-end closing

Profile

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accountancy
• Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in full set and reporting
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Meticulous and a team player
• Proficient in Excel Functions (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables)
• Experience in SAP a plus or with other accounting software
• Proactive, with strong sense of responsibility, committed & possess a “can do” attitude
