Position: Accountant Specialist
Type of Employment: Full-time
Working Time: Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM
Location: Pathum Wan, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (AR) & Sales Reconciliation

• Reconcile daily point-of-sale (POS) data, delivery app reports, and bank settlements across all brand outlets and pop-ups.
• Track receivables from franchise partners, B2B channels, and platform payouts.
• Issue withholding tax certificates, tax invoices, and official receipts in line with local compliance.

Accounts Payable (AP) & Cost Control

• Verify and process vendor invoices, raw material costs, and operational expenses accurately and on schedule.
• Handle supplier reconciliations, petty cash claims, and payment runs via online banking.
• Coordinate with inventory and store teams to resolve invoice or billing discrepancies.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Support month-end close activities, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly tax submissions (VAT/PP30 and WHT).
• Work alongside external accounting firm/auditors and support cross-functional teams with financial data.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Core Competency: Strong grounding in AR, AP, or both. Candidates specializing in one side are welcome if eager to expand into full-spectrum accounting.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in F&B/Restaurants, Retail, or E-Commerce is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peak, Express, FlowAccount, or SAP) and advanced Excel functions.
• Mindset: Resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
