About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant Supervisor to join our finance team in Samut Prakan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing financial accounting and reporting functions within our organisation. As Accountant Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is integral to supporting the company's financial management objectives and providing reliable financial information to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• ​Independently handle day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing accounting vouchers, recording entries, and generating financial statements.
• ​Manage cash inflow/outflow and banking transactions; prepare daily cash and bank balance reports.
• ​Oversee treasury and foreign currency transactions, including international fund transfers, export sales collections, and other banking activities.
• ​Manage statutory tax filings, specifically Value Added Tax (VAT) and Withholding Tax (WHT).
• ​Prepare and submit statutory financial documents required by the Board of Investment (BOI), the Revenue Department, the Department of Business Development (DBD), and other government agencies.
• ​Manage and reconcile cost accounting data for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to support standard costing calculations and inventory counts.
• ​Coordinate the annual financial audit and prepare supporting audit schedules and tax documents.
• ​Safekeep cash, company cheques, and critical financial records to ensure internal asset security.
• ​Support other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties in daily operations.

​Qualifications

• ​Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ​3–5 years of full-set accounting experience; capable of managing accounts independently and handling interim cashier duties when required.
• ​Prior background in manufacturing or export-oriented industries, with solid knowledge of cost accounting and export financial workflows.
• ​Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance, and reporting for BOI-promoted businesses is strongly preferred.
• ​In-depth understanding of Thai accounting standards and tax laws, with practical experience handling 0% export VAT and withholding taxes.
• ​Proven track record in corporate bank account management, foreign exchange (FX) transactions, and cross-border wire transfers.
• ​Proficiency in common accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• ​Strong attention to detail, high accountability, and professional ethics.
• ​Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced SME environment.
